By accessing or using AgentLift ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentLift provides a managed runtime for deploying, monitoring, and improving AI agents. The Service includes agent deployment infrastructure, observability tools, evaluation frameworks, and related developer tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to deploy agents that engage in illegal activities, generate harmful content, or violate the acceptable use policies of the underlying LLM providers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is as listed on our pricing page. LLM costs are passed through at provider rates with zero markup. Platform usage beyond included tier limits is billed at published overage rates. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentLift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
